Thoughts Assembly.
First I sketch pictures and shapes. Sometimes I take photographs and see something in a book, on the tv, some color somewhere and all this influence me in my painting.
Like the poem I wrote:
"the boy in town said my mother.
the men pass by said my father".
now I am (painting)
from my strange behavior
with my strange strokes
with an old brush
the forms are loose and lines flow
like the Icelandic winds
which are loose and run around on
the island.
I mostly paint on canvas, I use good frames and my canvas of choice is linen and cotton. I prepair with three layers of glue and preperation. Then I (paint) .
